Using scissors, clip open corner of Bari
Au Jus bag. |

Pour contents of bag into
saucepan. |

Using spatula, scrape remaining contents
of bag into saucepan. |

Bring Au Jus to boil. |
| Variation: |
Add shredded mozzarella
cheese on top of your beef sandwich and place under the broiler
until the cheese is melted and browned for a
"Cheesy Italian
Beef". |

Once boiling, turn off heat and allow
to cool 3-5 minutes.
(approximate serving temperature is 165° F). |

After removing beef from its package,
place Bari Beef in Au Jus for about a minute. |

Remove beef and place on a french
bread roll. |
 |
Dip sandwich in Au Jus for a
“Wet
Italian Beef”. |
