Italian Style
| 1 lb | BARI brand Italian sausage (Cut into 6 inch lengths) |
| 1/4 c | Vegetable oil |
| 4 | Cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 large | Bell peppers, sliced (remove seeds) |
| 2 tsp | Salt |
| 2 tsp | Garlic salt |
| 1 tsp | Onion salt |
| 1 tsp | Oregano |
| 1 tsp | Butter |
Place sausage in a large skillet over medium heat brown all sides remove and cool. Slice the cooled sausages into thin diagonal slices.
Pour vegetable oil into empty skillet along with sliced bell pepper strips. Stir and salt peppers. On high heat add garlic, butter and oregano until peppers are soft.
Add the sliced sausage and and cover over medium heat for 15-20 minutes, Stir occasionally (peppers should be mushy).
